During our worship service on Sunday August 28, we’ll celebrate the gift of sacred music from around the world. As Presbyterians who trace our spiritual roots through places like Scotland and Switzerland, much of our classical hymnody has traditionally come from Western nations. Thus, this particular Sunday, many of the hymns we’ll sing will center the voices of African, Asian, and Latin American cultures.
