Southminster offers a variety of active studies and experiences designed to engage scripture, nurture faith, and inspire curiosity. Some classes meet regularly, while others are designed to be short-term or even one-time studies.
Throughout the “program year” of September-May, there are Adult Education Studies and Children’s Sunday School on Sunday mornings after worship. Adult conversations range in topic from Bible Studies and Theology to Current Events, while children typically explore beloved bible stories in age appropriate ways. Also during the program year is our active Book Club, gathering monthly via Zoom to read and reflect upon books chosen by group participants.
Upcoming studies (and an archive of recent studies, too) are listed here. For more information, please contact the church office or an elder on our Spiritual Formation committee.
